  • Information you share with us directly over phone, WhatsApp, or email while we prepare quotes or process bookings — such as travel dates, passport details, or documents required for visa and attestation services.
  • Basic technical signals used to protect the enquiry form from abuse (see “Spam protection” below).

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

  • To respond to your enquiry and share quotes, itineraries, and availability.
  • To process the services you ask for — flight bookings, tour packages, visas, document attestation, and related travel services.
  • To keep you updated about your booking or application.

When we share information

We share your details only where it's necessary to deliver the service you requested — for example with airlines, hotels, insurers, visa processing partners, or the relevant authorities. These parties handle your information under their own policies.

Our website infrastructure (hosting, database, and media storage) processes data on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for anything else.

Spam protection (reCAPTCHA)

Our enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Google may collect device and usage signals to distinguish people from bots; this is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Data retention & security

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting requirements, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect them.
