These terms govern your use of yatramate.com and the travel services offered by YatraMate Travel Solutions LLP. By enquiring with us or booking a service, you accept them.

Our role

YatraMate arranges travel services — air tickets, tour packages, visas, document attestation, and related assistance — as an agent working with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, insurers, and government authorities. Those suppliers' own terms, fare rules, and policies apply to your booking in addition to these terms.

Enquiries, quotes & bookings

  • Submitting an enquiry through the website is not a booking and creates no obligation on either side.
  • Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing — fares, hotel rates, and availability change in real time.
  • A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it in writing and any agreed payment is received.

Travel documents & eligibility

  • You are responsible for holding a valid passport and complying with the entry, health, and immigration requirements of your destination.
  • We assist with visa and attestation paperwork, but decisions rest solely with the issuing authorities — we cannot guarantee that a visa or attestation will be granted, and their fees are typically non-refundable.
  • Services that include assistance (for example, job-search support in our Dubai Job Seeker's Package) are support services only — they do not guarantee outcomes such as employment.

Prices & payments

Prices shown on the site are indicative starting prices, subject to season, availability, and group size. Payment schedules and methods are confirmed with your booking.

Liability

We take care in selecting suppliers, but we are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, immigration or visa decisions, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid to YatraMate for the affected service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
